ICE and the Constitution

I hear so many people say that Democrats (or liberals, or whatever label you wish to insert) don't want deportation. They are missing the point. People who care about the Constitution of the USA in addition to caring about human beings, decency, truth, etc. just want it done legally in cases where it is justified.

What is happening in 2025 is not deportation as required by law. It's more similar to masked and unidentified people kidnapping people off the street and not following any of the laws that apply to Federal Officers, including ICE
